What is BookTalk TV?

BookTalk TV is an exciting project that incorporates reading, writing, public speaking and digital video production!

In pairs or groups of three, students have read a novel and written a review or booktalk. Students perform, produce, and edit a booktalk video from start to finish. Their experience involves use of a digital video camera, lighting equipment, audio equipment and Apple's iMovie software. These video booktalks will be recorded on CD. All students in the class will receive a copy of their own booktalk along with those of their classmates. Please note that children’s names are not included in these videos.

Quicktime Player is required to view our booktalks.
