Hello!  My name is Mrs. Norcia and I have been providing speech and language services for the children of Oakland since September 2002.  I attended undergraduate at Geneseo State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders and Science.  I then attended Teachers College, Columbia University, where I completed my Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology.  I am licensed by the board of New Jersey and have my Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
