Band – Lessons for today are as follows:

Period 1 - Scooby Doo

Period 2 - Tell Me That You Love Me, Junie Moon

Period 4 - The Quack

Period 8 - Return Of the Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman

*There will be a PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE session after school today until 3:40 p.m.  Please note the later end time. 

**There will be a CHALLENGER BAND rehearsal tomorrow, FRIDAY, until 3:25 p.m. for all 7th & 8th grade members.  Please see Mr. Clark if you have any questions.

 

Choir - Concert Choir Sopranos will meet today during Period 2 by the stage.

*Regional Choir applications must be submitted by next Tuesday, December 17. Please reach out to Mr. Noonan with any questions.

 

Orchestra: Today’s lessons are as follows:

Period 2: Friday the 13th

Period 3: Avengers

Period 4: Goonies

Period 6: Because of Winn-Dixie

Period 7: Camp Rock

Period 8: Despicable Me

There will be an orchestra rehearsal for all members tomorrow morning at 7:15. Please see Mr.Creegan with any questions. 

 

Attention Students - Library Lunch Bunch passes are available.  Please see Ms. Butterworth during homeroom for a pass.

 

"12 Days of Kindness" Day 6 Challenge – Call someone who needs a pick-me-up. Give the gift of support.  Call someone who’s had a rough time and check in.  Share a few kind words. Sometimes that’s all it takes to turn someone’s day around.

 

Environmental Club – meets on Wednesday, 12/18 from 2:45-4:00PM. If you would like to join, please grab a permission slip from the bulletin board and submit it to Mr. Fichter before the next meeting. We will be starting the construction of our aquaponics fish tank. Yes - it's "O-Fish-ally" happening! See you then!

 

Bowling Club – meets today from 2:45 until 4:00 at the Holiday Bowl! Please check the Google Classroom for a list of students who have been cleared to participate. You must be cleared to attend.  If you have any questions, please see Ms. Della Iacono. See Ms. Binder or Ms. Latka with any questions.

 

Cheerleading - meets today and Friday until 4:15.

 

The RC Car club - will meet in room 22 on Friday before going outside to the 6th grade blacktop.  Friday's meeting will run from 2:45 until 4:00.

 

Word Wizards – The next meeting is Tuesday, Dec. 17th from 2:45-4:00 in room 4.

 

Medical Clearance for Sports Clubs - The next deadline to submit forms to the health office for clearance is January 6th.  Medical clearance is required to participate in the following clubs:  Basketball, Bowling, Girls Flag Football, Golf, Hiking & Ecology, Pickleball, Tennis, Valley Dance Troupe and Volleyball.
